Orange Flashing Light (Not applicable for 4th Gen AirPods)

If your AirPods still don't connect and your case continues to flash orange, try a full reset:

1. With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the case for 15 seconds until the light flashes orange.
2. KEEP HOLDING the setup button for a further 15 seconds until the light flashes orange again.
3. Follow the instructions as per the video.

4th Gen AirPods

If you're struggling to reset your AirPods by double tapping the front of the charging case, try closing the lid for 30 seconds, then retrying the double tap. It may take a few attempts before the orange light flashes, indicating a successful reset.

iCloud Account Removal

If your AirPods are connected to an existing iCloud account, try the following:

1. With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the case for 15 seconds until the light flashes orange.
2. KEEP HOLDING the setup button for a further 15 seconds until the light flashes orange again.
3. If successful, the iCloud account will be removed.
