Returns.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address. Please include your name/order number so we can identify the package.

Return labels will be provided if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect (contact us via email for more information). If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method).
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If any items included in the original order are not returned, we will adjust the refund value to fairly reflect the missing items.
DEDUCTIONS
If a product returned is damaged, used, or different from what was originally sent, The Sound Cafe reserves the right to apply a deduction to the original price to fairly reflect the new condition of the item. To avoid this, please ensure that goods are handled in the same way as you would if you were assessing them in a shop.
A deduction of up to 30% can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
