Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch.
If you need your item in a hurry, we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. You can select this option in the checkout process.
Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address details when making an order. The Sound Cafe shall not be held liable for incorrect details entered by the customer. In the unfortunate circumstance when an item is delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send a replacement of goods. If returning an item/s to us and the incorrect details have been entered, we cannot be held responsible or issue a refund or replacement for goods we do not receive. The correct return address will be issued to the consumer if for any reason an item needs to be returned, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to enter these details correctly. We will however try to resolve any issues of incorrect delivery with the courier.
